SGA announces students elected for next year
Will Brown
President
Q: Where are you from?
WB: Cortland, NY
Q: What year and major you at Le Moyne?
WB: I am a junior dual major in Finance and Business Analytics
Q: What do you love most about Le Moyne?
WB: I love the fact that Le Moyne is small. The class sizes are optimal and because the college has built up so many opportunities for students, we have the ability to do amazing things and actually have a tangible impact both on and off campus.
Q: What do you hope to accomplish while in office?
WB: First, to see our projects from this past year be completed, like our safety key fobs and co-curricular transcript. Second, I would like to see the SGA take on other causes and continue to have a lasting impact on Le Moyne, and in the coming weeks we will determine exactly what those cause and goals are. Lastly, I would love to see the amount of candidates we have for elections increase substantially. Ideally, every position should be opposed with at least two people running. The SGA is a fantastic opportunity to make real change and more students should capitalize on that opportunity. We will look into ways to increase participation throughout the coming year.
Q: What do you want to do once you graduate?
WB: I want to live in New York City and work as an investment banker or economist and I would love to eventually go to school for my JD/MBA.
