Haunted Hide ‘n Seek in the Library: October 23 from 7:45 – 10:00 pm

Come join us on Friday October 23 to play hide ‘n seek in the dark library after hours. You should meet in the Library atrium at 7:45 pm and game play begins at 8:00 pm. Only the first 30 Le Moyne students will be admitted for this spooky opportunity, and you must bring your Le Moyne ID card to be admitted. There will be treats!

 

Need something fun to watch? Check out the Library’s tv series!

If you are looking for something fun to watch this weekend, stop by and check out a t.v. series from the library. Here are just some of the tv series that we have at the library: Parks & Recreation, The Office, Big Bang Theory,  Arrested Development, Call the Midwife, Modern Family, Friends, Glee, House, How I Met Your Mother, Game of Thrones and Sherlock.

 

New Wilson Art Gallery Exhibit: “Here & There” by Mark Top

The Wilson Art Gallery will host “Here & There,” an exhibit of paintings and pastels of landscape and figurative works by Mark Topp from October 9 – November 6, 2015.

 With little formal art education, Topp studied portraiture while in high school with internationally renowned Syracuse painter, Robert Hofmann, subsequently broadening his portfolio to include landscapes. His cityscapes and portraiture interpreting central New York and Pennsylvania have been exhibited in Syracuse, Harrisburg and Pittsburgh. He has also received awards from the Cooperstown Art Association National show (2000) and the Mystic Maritime International (1989).

Pet Therapy

Pet therapy at the library is back and better than ever! Due to popular demand, we will have regularly scheduled pet therapy sessions throughout the semester. These events will be held in the Bernat Room during the following times.

Our next scheduled Pet Therapy event is Tuesday October 20 10/20 from 2-3:30 p.m.

 

Le Moyne College Book Club: Being Mortal by Atul Gawande

Come join the Le Moyne College Book Club as we discuss Being Mortal by Atul Gawande. We will be meeting Wednesday October 14 in the Bernat Special Activities Room in the Noreen Reale Falcone Library from 7-8:30 pm. Refreshments will be served.
