Weekly Horoscopes


Aries (March 21-April 20) Be careful not to bite off more than you can chew this semester. You want to do it all, that’s understandable. You want to seize every opportunity, but in order to effectively take advantage of them, you’ll need to be stingy with your time. Successfully completing two or three high quality projects looks much better (and is much healthier) than seven haphazard ones.

Taurus (April 21-May 21) You’re probably experiencing frustration due to a lot of pent up energy. You’ll be feeling irritable with your friends and family so try to expel that energy in a more productive way. Go jogging, hit the gym, or throw yourself into a passion project, anything to get past this stress.

Gemini (May 22-June 21) There’s a fine line between “Treating Yo Self” and spending money irresponsibly. By all means, celebrate your achievements but don’t overindulge too much. Keep an eye on your spending in the next few weeks and try to keep your impulses under control. Your wallet will thank you.

Cancer (June 22-July 22) Overcome the urge to stay quiet during discussion. Whether in class, at work, practice, rehearsal, or any other place you devote your time to, remember that your input is valuable and necessary. Listen to other people and use their ideas to shape your own. Your thoughts and opinions matter, so don’t be afraid to voice them more often.

Leo (July 23-August 21) Avoid impulses for the next few days as you may start to get the horrible feeling that you are not where you need to be, that you’ve made some awful mistake in planning your future. These feelings will pass if you stay focused. However, if they persist, the answer still isn’t “drop out immediately.” Make sure you consider all your options and plan carefully before making a big switch.

Virgo (August 22-September 21) If you constantly feel like you need to escape your day-to-day life, maybe you need to reevaluate your reality. Examine what’s making you feel so hopeless and what makes you want to run away. Identify that problem and face it head on. This is your life. You will not be driven away from it.

Libra (September 22-October 23) Overworking yourself will be your downfall. Sleep, food, and relaxation are just as important as good grades and money. Pace yourself and concentrate on only the most pressing matters, otherwise you might be in for headaches, energy failure, and panic. It’s okay if you have some work left over at the end of the day, that’s what tomorrow is for.

Scorpio (October 24-November 22) Project more positivity and passion into your daily life. You have a lot of unresolved anger and frustration manifesting as constant negativity and it’s starting to alienate the people in your life. Remind them (and yourself) of the things you love to do that make you happy. Spend more time in that peaceful place.

Sagittarius (November 23-December 22) Say what you mean. It may seem like fun and games to keep people guessing but that kind of miscommunication can only bite you in the end. People may not understand when you when you’re actually struggling and they won’t be inclined to change their behavior if you never voice your grievances. Be clear, be upfront, be kind.

Capricorn (December 23-January 20) A conflict between your personal and professional selves will soon be arising. Try to think clearly and weigh the consequences of devoting your time to each obligation. Think clearly and try to find the compromise between the two. Avoid lashing out at others right now; they only want to help you.

Aquarius (January 21-February 19) A big decision is on your horizon. Remember that the answer will be whatever you make it. This may seem like a life or death choice right now, but years from now you’ll see that it was hardly a choice at all. Whatever you decide will be the right choice for you as long as you run with it, own it, and make it yours.

Pisces (February 20-March 20) The fog is finally lifting and you’re starting to see clearly again. Use that clarity to drive your choices for the next weeks. Keep your feelings separate from your logic and don’t let your emotions overwhelm you again.
