After a long day or week, sometimes you just need a good laugh. Here are some hilarious TV shows, movies, and comedians you can watch to brighten up your day:

Impractical Jokers

Since they were young, Sal, Joe, Q, and Murr challenged one another to ridiculous dares in public. Now, as middle-aged men, they continue messing with one another on television in front of millions of viewers. On the show, the four comedians create challenges for each other to complete. The challenges can range from asking a stranger a question to eating a random person’s sock. And if they refuse to accept the challenge, they lose. Whichever joker has the most losses by the end of the episode will be embarrassed even more. The guys create a hilarious punishment for the losing friend, which changes every episode. Catch new episodes of Impractical Jokers on truTV every Thursday at 10 p.m. And if you are already an Impractical Jokers fan, you’ll be excited to know that they are now on tour! You can buy tickets and take a road trip to Buffalo with some friends on Nov. 6 to see them in action!

Sebastian Maniscalco

This guy has not been seen on popular tv shows or movies, but he is definitely up and coming! Sebastian Maniscalco is an American stand-up comedian who began his career in the early 2000s in Los Angeles. His career started when he caught the attention of  Vince Vaughn, and was selected to be one of the four comedians in the film Vince Vaughn’s Wild West Comedy.

Today, he is touring the country doing what he does best: making people laugh. His comic approach deals with his interaction with everyday people. Saying what we’re all thinking is Sebastian’s specialty, but the best part is he makes it entertaining to listen to.

His newest standup act on Showtime is titled Aren’t You Embarrassed? During this special, Sebastian gives us a hilarious reality check of the world we are living in. Just to give you an idea of his humor, here is a line from the Showtime special: “Do you know how alone you have to be to have 838 photos of yourself in your bathroom?” Go to showtime.com and pull up Sebastian Maniscalco’s skit and see how funny he really is!

Accepted

This 2006 comedy is probably one of the most underrated films of this generation. Accepted is a story of a group of high school friends who are failing college and come up with a brilliant idea…. Run a scam that begins as a way to keep their parents off their back, but eventually they create a new unique college that everyone wants to go to. It isn’t the funniest movie of all time, but being in college, we could most likely relate to a lot of the scenes in the film. If you have yet to watch this movie, grab your friends, some popcorn, and rent it!
