Concerts you can’t miss

The best part of the holidays? Going to see some fabulous live singers! We are lucky to have the opportunity to stay at the comfort of our own campus and sit down for some live music to ease us into the holiday season. So this weekend, take a break from all that studying and go relax for an hour or two!

The first concert of the weekend starts on Friday, Dec. 6. Vocal ensembles will perform along with the Jazzuits, and the Le Moyne College Singers. Jazz classics, Broadway favorites, and holiday hits will be sung through the cozy seats at the W. Carroll Coyne Center for the Performing Arts. The show begins at 7:30 p.m. and is only $5 for Le Moyne students, $15 for the general public, and $10 for senior citizens. Go enjoy this concert with some friends and bask in the holiday spirit.

On Saturday, Dec. 7 a Gospel Musical will be performed in the Panasci Family Chapel. The Praise and Worship team of the Le Moyne College Protestant Church will dazzle you with an incredible free performance. This team sings praises every Sunday, which should make this an even more spectacular evening. The show starts at 6 p.m. and will have a celebratory reception afterwards in the Drescher Community Room. For any inquiries contact Minister Dawson.

Make sure to take some time out of your busy nights to get into the spirit of the season and support your schools wonderful music programs!
